Job Description
- Maintains ownership of the assigned Retailers’ billing files
- Gains a deep understanding of the Retailer relationships, contract and terms
- Reconciles and closely reviews the monthly activity during and at month end
- Provide assurance that all data is pristine and ready for processing
- Follows up on an discrepancies with the Account Teams before sending the file to Accounting
- Works with Account Management and Engineering to mitigate any failures in processing the billing file to avoid future repetition of known errors
- Responsible for reporting Citrus Client Analytics
- Generate Weekly/Monthly Financial Reports for internal team/management
- Familiar with the Retailer and Advertiser forecast and expectations to review Retailer revenue and remittance payable actuals to forecast variances, analyzing monthly
- Engages with the Retailers and Account Management teams on balances and issues
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide valuable insights to senior management for informed decision-making
- Reports to Head of Finance in the Tampa office
- Hired and trained by Finance and Accounting
- Be available first few days of each month
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of billing experience or similar
- Accounting or similar background in highly transactional environment
- Knowledge of contract review
- Work with complex systems and have implemented system level improvements
- Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP-up)
- Deadline-focused, organized, problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- An excellent communicator who is able to engage with all areas of the business
- Project management or involvement, a plus
- Sales support experience, a plus
- Finance or business related degree or related education
