Navistar is seeking an Engineering Specifications Analyst/Senior Bill of Material Analyst.
The Engineering Specifications Analyst leads the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of product structure within the Tri-Con CDMS system for new and existing engineering projects/programs.
Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability and schedule.
Provides leadership/mentoring to other Technical Analysts and program team.
Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems.
Develops plans and delivers results to meet design requirements.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

Navistar provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $67K - $83K a year.

Responsibilities
- Plans and develops Bill of Material
- Works in cooperation with engineering to identify, assimilate, analyze and finalize Bill of Material configurations and compatibilities to support manufacturing
- Develops and implements Product Structure plans for Engineering Bill of Materials based on program/project requirements
- Analyzes and completes incoming product change requests
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration throughout various change management phases
- Ensures project results meet technical requirements and deadlines
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of data analysis experience
OR
- Master's degree
OR
- At least 4 years of data analysis experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
