Position Title: Billboard Management System Specialist
Department: Outdoor
Reports to: President Outdoor
Status: Salaried Exempt
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
Summary of Position
As a Billboard Management System Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing the companys utilization of its Billboard Management System (Apparatix). You will complete daily operational duties in the system such as billing, reporting and maintaining lease records and supporting the operational staff (sales representatives and installer) in the field. The role also includes routine bookkeeping for accounts receivables and accounts payables.
Essential Functions

• In-house expert or super user on the Apparatix (APX) system, interfacing with APX customer service on problems, new initiatives and upgrades. Train employees on APX system and maximize system utilization.
• Responsible for billing, lease management, work orders, loading digital ads and proof of performance to advertisers.
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Enter invoices, generate weekly payment runs for Accounts Payable
  • Process billing and apply cash receipts
  • Accounts Receivable subledger maintenance and reconciliation
  • Manage receivable collection efforts for delinquent accounts
• Coordinate and facilitate tasks for President, sales team and installer.

Other Requirements

• Understanding of and propensity to learn different computer systems (particularly billing related systems).
• Must be organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage projects for the team.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; with the ability to identify, research, collaborate and resolve issues that you may encounter.
• Ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates.
• Ability to handle conflict situations in a professional manner.
• High School diploma. College preferred (Will accept 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree).
• Experience with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping a plus.

This position will be employed by Azalea Outdoor company and will not work at the Augusta Marriott.
