Our client, a multinational healthcare and insurance company, is hiring a Bilingual Translation and Project Coordinator!
Responsibilities:
Pay: $23-26/hour

Responsibilities:
- Manage translation/reproduction processes for regulatory benefit materials, marketing, and transactional materials in a cross-functional team.
- Independently handle multiple tasks and Projects, including receipt, review, translation, and delegation to Language Service Providers.
- Coordinate and obtain price quotes for Translation and formatting, assess service delivery and risk, and liaise with vendors and upstream requesters to meet project requirements.
- Perform comprehensive reviews of translated files, flag linguistic, compliance, or formatting defects, and collaborate with Language Service Providers for suggested edits.
- Update project trackers, reconcile invoice details, conduct internal inspection audits, log daily productivity and defective counts, and provide assistance for team training and various assignments as needed.
- Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish or Chinese). Fluent with both written and verbal business professional skills
- Intermediate level proficiency with Excel and Word
- Detail oriented and strong organizational and communication skills
- 2+ year(s) of professional experience driving tasks/projects to completion within set deadlines
- 1+ year(s) experience in Project Management Experience or equivalent experience in Linguistic Services
- 1+ year(s) with Healthcare or Medical related materials, acronyms or terms and CMS compliance requirements for materials and data security including protected health information
