Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Client Service Specialist, Customer Support Associate), you'll manage full-service account operations pertaining to products and services. This includes providing information on pricing, availability, and shipping, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or direct customer interactions within an industrial distribution environment.

- Minimum of 1 year in Customer Service or sales experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience in JDE preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office products is a plus.
- Experience working in a multitask environment under time constraints.
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and measurements.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Microsoft Excel, SQL Administration, and Shop Math Skills.
