Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a receptionist to operate a multi-line phone system, answer and route all incoming calls and support the branch. You will greet and welcome all visitors and guests to the brand and answer general support questions.

You will...
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team and other departments as needed.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Accurately enter and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
- Compile, organize, and file documents, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, transportation, and accommodations for staff members.
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering arrangements, audiovisual setup, and attendee registration.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience required.
1+ years of home healthcare experience preferred.
HHA Exchange system experience preferred.
Bilingual in English & Spanish required.
