The Role of the Sales Administrator:
The Sales Administrator plays important role in hiring, training, generating leads through telemarketing, and leading a Solar sales team.
Responsibilities:
· Hiring and Training of new sales reps
· Oversees daily sales activities
· Follows up with sales calls, including inbound and outbound calls
· Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in sales and sales management
· Experience in Tele-marketing and Closing deals is a plus
· Goal-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
