We are looking for a Bilingual Patient Service Representative who enjoys interacting with patients and providing assistance, but most importantly making a difference in their lives.
What you’ll do: It’s costumer service focused!
- Patient scheduling, registration, data entry, phones, and front desk
- Patient registration for clinic services and other health assistance programs. Input all patient registration into database and will assist with patient discharge process.
- Conducts intake appointments to determine eligibility for agency services for either medical or dental.
- This opportunity will provide you with the knowledge in local health and community resources to provide direction to members, providers, etc.
- Helps to produce reports regarding enrollment demographics, physician assignments and other ad hoc requests

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 2 years of experience in medical or Dental office preferred
Salary Range: $16/hr. – $19/hr. based on experience
Language: Bilingual Fluency in Spanish / English required
