Fenix Parts is a leading recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive products in the United States. The Fenix companies have been in business an average of more than 25 years and currently operate from 31 locations throughout the U.S. Our primary business is auto recycling, which is the recovery and resale of OEM parts, components and systems reclaimed from damaged, totaled, or low value vehicles.

Job Snapshot:

· Bilingual, English, and Spanish, speaking Front Counter Salesperson

· Effective communicate the features, benefits of used auto parts to customer.

· Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs.

· Utilize computerized inventory system to locate and verify availability of desired parts.

· Provides excellent customer service to all walk-in and phone customers.

· Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill customer orders promptly.

· Accurately and efficiently operates cash register.

· Completes daily opening and closing duties, maintains a clean work area.

· Maintains correct cash balances at cash register and ensures that there is sufficient cash in cash drawer.

· Process payments, made with cash, checks, credit or debit cards.

· Maintains awareness of all promotions and advertisements that affect product prices.

· Communicates company policies and procedures to customers.

Minimum Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational or technical education in automotive-related fields is a plus.

· Bilingual English and Spanish is required.

· Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments, preferably in the automotive industry.

· Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including makes, models, and compatibility.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

· Proficiency in using computerized inventory and point-of-sale systems.

· Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

· Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and transaction processing.

· Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects when necessary.
