Bremer Law & Associates, LLC specializes in Immigration, Family & Criminal Law in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts (and beyond!) with a focus on providing clear, compassionate customer service to our clients. As we grow, we are continuously looking to improve our client experience. We are currently in need of empathetic, organized & detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Legal Secretaries.
The new team member will be the first point of contact for clients visiting & calling our New Bedford satellite office. Some training will take place in our main Providence office, so reliable transportation is a MUST. Responsibilities include answering & making phone calls, digital & physical filing, scanning & organizing, taking payments and facilitating client meetings. The position is a 36-hour work week with Monday through Friday in person shifts required.
Candidates MUST be fluent in Spanish & English. Additional fluency in Portuguese, K'iche', Pashto, and Dari also highly needed, but not required.
