This position is an hourly full-time position.

Overview

As a Bilingual Lead Warehouse Worker based at our fast-paced facility in Miami, FL you will be accountable for working within a team to unload small packages from trailers, sort packages by routes, and load trucks.

Shift: 9:00pm - 6:00am, Wednesday -Sunday. Monday and Tuesday off

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour / Overtime $21.75 per hour
Referral Bonus: For a limited time only, employees are eligible to earn up to $1000 per referral! Referral Period: Referrals must start between 10/15/2023 and 12/31/2023. Bonus Payout: The bonus is paid out in 2 increments: $500 after the first 45 days of the referral's employment, and another $500 after 90 days of their employment.

Skills You Need

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) OR Bilingual (English/Creole) Required
• Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Gloves and work boots are recommended
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
