This is an Inside Sales Representative opportunity for a company that is a pioneer in the water testing industry. In this position you will be managing accounts in Mexico and South America! You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current customers and growing the customer base by offering a high level of customer service and product recommendations.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish and able to support the external team with opening and managing new accounts.
Inside Sales Representative Job Duties:
- Manage Order processing and execution daily
- General Admin duties- Calling Customers, Responding to emails, Data entry
- Exude a High level of Customer Service and Rapport
- Assist with Marketing Activities- Competitor Studies, Social Media Postings and Email Campaigns
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Inside Sales/Account Management Experience
- Experience using ERP/CRM Systems (Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics big plus!)
- Manage Sales orders and Manage customer relationships
- Run monthly sales reports and track account performance and distribution agreements
Pay:
- $50k-$60k + Annual Commission based on Sales Performance
Schedule: Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm
