Desired Skills & Experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) both verbal and written is required.
- 2+ years’ experience in a HR office setting is a plus with solid tenures a must.
- Experience improving processes/systems while managing multiple priorities is highly desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Possess both strong administrative and communication skills.
Initial Responsibilities
- Answer general Human Resource questions and provide assistance to job applicants.
- Greet prospective employees and subcontractors by phone and in person.
- Assist with English/Spanish translation - written and verbal.
- Assist with new employee intake process and enter personnel information.
- Collect and electronically file HR related forms including all new hire packets
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of records. Interface with Payroll regarding new hire information.
- Maintain employee management/information systems
- Maintain organization of HR files.
- Maintain LSI Learning Management System.
- Maintain subcontractor database.
- Light receptionist responsibilities
