We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalistto join our team! You will perform wide range of activities in human resources department:
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring process implementation
- Process weekly payroll and all related benefits plans
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Streamlining employee onboarding processes
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices;
- Review policies, updates and practices .
- Update and maintain employee schedules
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Collaborating with Operations Department on Safety efforts.
- Working on training and development programs
- Initiating improvement processes
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Experience with ADP platform + Win Team Software (preferred)
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Communication Proficiency in English and Spanish.
