SalaryFront desk person needed for a dynamic law firm with multiple offices throughout Florida. This position will be based in our St. Petersburg office. We have a beautiful office in the heart of downtown St. Pete. Prepaid parking in the adjoining garage is provided by the firm. The selected individual will handle Front Desk duties in our St. Pete location. This will include extensive customer service, client intake, basic legal and clerical work, and telephone contact with the public.
We require a person fluent in Spanish
Starting hourly wage: $17/hour - full-time. Benefits after a minimum waiting period include subsidized health insurance, paid telemedicine program, and generous leave.
Some overtime work will be required - contacting potential clients during after-hours or weekends. This will provide an opportunity to earn substantial extra money at overtime rates.
There is an opportunity to earn substantial overtime pay for after-hours or weekend phone work.
You must be reliable, have a professional appearance, and be able to work smoothly with a dedicated, professional legal team. There will be an opportunity to learn paralegal duties, and to help clients at a difficult time in their life.
