BILINGUAL FISCAL TECH

Bilingual Fiscal Tech will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for answering patient’s questions regarding financial issues, payment options, and assistance
• Process patient and insurance payments
• File insurance claims to payers
• Claim denial & A/R follow-up
• Inbound & Outbound Billing calls
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Maintain a compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned

Must be detailed orientated, Ability to organize, Excellent communications skills, Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with patients and the public, Dependable, ability to work and relate well to patients, staff and coworkers and Ability to work in a busy environment without being distracted, Ability to work independently. Third Party insurance billing experience desirable and CPT and ICD 10 coding experience desirable. Excellent benefit package. Must live in Virginia.
