Bilingual Collections Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals to collect on outstanding debts or payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving payment issues
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of accounts receivable processes
- Use telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate with customers
- Apply knowledge of medical billing and coding, including ICD-10 codes
- Conduct account analysis to identify delinquent accounts and develop strategies for collection
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate revenue cycle management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Collection Agent or in a similar role preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult conversations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Proficient in using collection software and tools
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management principles
- Ability to work independently and meet collection targets

Location: Rosenberg, TX
Hours- Monday- Friday : 9 am to 6 pm
Saturdays- 8:30 am to 5 pm
1 day off during the week and 1 Saturday off per month
