Job Title:Bilingual Collections Representative
Pay: $24-26 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8am 5pm or 9am 6pm
Location: N. Fort Worth (76117) **HYBRID opportunity after training (must be okay being onsite on Tues & Thurs)**
Onsite training will be 2 months.
Description:
Bilingual agent will make outbound calls and emails for our Mexico customers that are 7-29 days past due.
Purpose of the role is to collect payments or offer payment solutions on past due accounts in an effort to reduce losses.
Work assigned accounts, while handling inbound and outbound call volume servicing Car/Van accounts.
Discuss and make arrangements for qualifying customers when needed.
Be a consultant to our customers while providing them with an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
Speak/write English and Spanish fluently is a MUST
1+ year of Collections experience
Call center experience a plus
Strong attention to detail
Resolution minded, ability to handle hard conversations with respect and courtesy
Standard computer skills
MS Office skills Outlook, Excel, Word
