- Assists the Midway Staffing recruitment team with posting jobs on electronic job boards, sourcing candidates, and initial screening of candidates.
- Conducts employment-related research and assists recruitment teams with electronic and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates.
- Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
- Represents and promotes the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
- Assists with the new hire onboarding process by ensuring new hires have completed all their new hire paperwork before starting and sending out information regarding their first day.
- Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a MUST!
- Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Reliable transportation needed for required travel (up to 10%).
