Bilingual Assistant Branch Administrator (Part Time)

Ruppert Landscape located in downtown Richmond (supports Yorktown VA as well) is in search of a bi-lingual Assistant Branch Administrator to join our growing branches. This position is for Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. (flexible) and can require some time in Yorktown.

This Assistant Branch Administrator is responsible for assisting the Branch Administrator for maintaining and organizing all communication in and out of the office, general office duties, and a heavy focus on recruiting new field talent. This is a position that can grow with the company to becoming a full time Branch Administrator as our Yorktown satellite location grows.

• · Maintain and organize all communication in and out of the office.
• · Manage Indeed, Jobvite, and other job postings.
• · Be primary form of contact for all Spanish speaking applicants.
• · Assist with onboarding new hires.
• · Attending recruiting events and trainings.
• · Coordinate and plan community service projects and employee relations events and other general office duties.
• Coverage in all administrative duties in the months of August through October while the Branch Administrator is on maternity leave.

Qualifications:

• · Ideal candidates will be able to excel within a team building atmosphere and play a supportive role to co-workers and branch manager.
• · Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• · Demonstrate strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
• · Applicants are preferred to have prior office administration experience and strong organizational and communication skills
• · High School Diploma/GED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
