Job Description
This person will report to both the HR Manager and Business Operations Manager, and will assist both with various tasks including, but not limited to:
- Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
- Substantiates applicants skills by administering and scoring tests.
- Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
- Organizes work.
- Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Provide administrative, logistical, and secretarial support to the company
- Assist with the preparation of management reports and other reports
- Oversee the purchasing of office supplies and other materials
- Assist with the preparation of outgoing correspondence
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will possess the following skills/qualifications, at a minimum:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask constantly shifting priorities.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write routine reports and correspondence, ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of the organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively/effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
- Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable DMV record
- High school diploma
- Must submit and pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening after hire random drug tests performed
