To support the quest to become the national leader & preferred partner to our customers, we are seeking a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant to support our operation at our Duncan, SC location. This position requires an experienced, energetic, and detail-focused individual who wants to be a part of the growing team and company. You will be tasked with assisting both the HR team and the Operations team within the company.

HR Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Receive guests
  • Receive and organize all paperwork such as shipping and receiving paperwork
  • Electronically scan and upload documents
  • Physically file paper documents
  • Maintain and order office supplies/cleaning supplies
  • Maintain office appearance neat
  • Effectively communicate with office co-workers
  • Maintain general knowledge of current issues and events
  • Maintain consistent communication with the remote office
  • Contribute to a teamwork-oriented environment
  • Schedule courier shipments (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Support HR with maintaining employee records
  • Assist with power points, excel reports, and presentations needed for both production and HR
  • Schedule and assist in new hire orientations
  • Assist HR Generalist with recruiting, open enrollment, orientation and employee relations when needed *
  • Help with scheduling employee events and monthly meetings

HR Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • HS Degree or over 4 years of related HR/Administrative experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience in HR or Administration *
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
