Key Responsibilities:
- Be primary owner of Bid/Tender Management for Intl SOS opportunities including the assignment of tasks related to bid proposal submission
- Coordinate and manage schedule along with tasks from various stakeholders to ensure compliance and completion of tender submission prior to final submission by corresponding business development manager.
- Coordination of internal stake holders and strong technical writing experience for RFP proposals
- Act as the central point for the proposal development process -
- Evaluate the solicitation requirements,
- Set and manage a timely process/schedule,
- Work with the technical teams to develop content that is clear, effective, and consistent.
- Develop and maintain proposal management artifacts (e.g., Teams site, schedule, writer's outline/compliance matrix, etc.)
- Participate in proposal lifecycle planning (e.g., strategy, schedule, compliance, bid reviews, preparation)
- Drive schedule and time management of activities associated with the opportunity and address/escalate schedule slippages with Sales/Operations Teams - writers, section leads, and leadership - as applicable.
- Drive production activities and timely submission.
- Ensure all bid/proposal details are accurately entered into Salesforce and opportunity in is managed to completion (Closed Won / Closed Lost).
- Debrief the Business Development team after proposal submittal -Identify successful or unsuccessful strategies and tactics,
- Share results as appropriate and refine future proposal strategies.
- Continuously refine and improve proposal strategies.

• 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced proposal environment and/or in a project coordinator role

• Proficiency in CRMs/Databased like Salesforce is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• High attention to detail
• Strong research skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience in a Start-Up environment is an asset.
Required Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree required (major in English, Communications, Marketing or Business) or equivalent
Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
• Ability to communicate in English fluently (oral and written) an absolute must.
