Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Office Coordinator - $22/hr

In this position, you will act as “air traffic controller” for the Front Office and provide operational support to teachers and administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in all visitors in the Front Office in accordance with our community safety policies;
- Provide responsive scheduling support to the Principal, Vice Principal, and Director of School Operations;
- Assist in general project management centered in the Operations Department;
- Collaborate with the Director of School Operations and Student Recruitment Coordinator to ensure smooth enrollment of students following their acceptance to the school.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of office management experience, preferably in a K-12/non-profit environment, in which you demonstrated strong ownership and communication;
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work independently and on a team; and
- Ability to speak Spanish and English.
