ProFloors is a FULL-SERVICE Multifamily Flooring provider that is passionate about having the best team in the industry to provide the best quality installation and service to customers. Profloors is looking for a dynamic, fast paced, organized and attention to detail type person to join the Customer Service Team.
This role will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will play an essential role in the companies day to day operation. a successful candidate will assist in the coordinating of workflow, fast paced, high demand environment with some of the best people in the industry.
Role and Responsibilities
·Laison between Installers and Customers
· Enter orders into company software system - accurately
· Place all phone and email orders
· Contact customer to inform them of pending install and/or follow up
· Resolving customer issues
· Check stock
· Provide customers with product information
· Deliver outstanding service to our customers
· Various other Customer Service tasks / projects requested by Management
Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills:
· Exemplary communications skills
· Ability to problem solve
· Basic computer skills
· Bi-lingual English/Spanish a must
· Typing
· Ten key
