- We will train you to become a Beverage Service Technician.
- We will educate you on the ever evolving beverage industry
- We will provide the vehicle, phone and tablet
Responsibilities:
- Ensure your customers receive industry defining technical and customer service.
- Exceed expectations by listening to and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Complete all assigned work and associated paperwork.
- Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards.
- Professionally communicate both verbally and in writing with customers as needed.
- Present yourself in a professional manner. Well groomed and neat appearance.
- Responsibly care for company assets (vehicles, equipment parts).
- Maintain a good safety record.
- Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards.
- Travel as needed to respond to and support customer and business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Manager.
Qualification
Requirements
- Must be insurable with a good driving record and a valid drivers license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently each workday
- Good working knowledge of tablet, cell phone, etc
- Mechanical aptitude
- Abilty to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
- Prior technical/mechanical work experience is a strong plus
- Abilty to adhere to the Technician scorecard metrics
