- Provides food and beverages service to the patrons utilizing Sportscore Two's athletic fields.
- Required to be able to sell alcohol
- Drives the Beverage Cart safely around the facility.
- Takes inventory and restocks Beverage Cart before each shift and during, if needed.
- Turns in daily sales into the supervisory staff on duty, and keys into POS at the end of each shift.
- Cleans Beverage Cart and returns product to inventory location at the end of each shift.
- Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned
- Performs all other duties and responsibilities in a timely manner in accordance with department policies and procedures.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all co-workers to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate to help keep high moral and productivity.
- Communicate daily with guests on a one-to-one basis in a professional, courteous manner providing accurate information regarding facility information and policies.
- Communicates daily with the Supervisory Staff related to inventory needs, supplies, concerns and questions.
- Maintains familiarity with the District’s Quality Assurance Statement
- Knowledgeable of all Rockford Park District Policies and consistent in following through with them in a professional manner
- Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times
- Responsible for conducting oneself in a safe and proper manner; adhering to all safety guidelines, policies and procedures utilizing the Lean Six Sigma processes that have been implemented by the Rockford Park District
- Attends all departmental trainings and meetings
- Understands and has the ability to follow and implement the Rockford Park District’s Emergency Response Plan
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Utilize the Rockford Park District's HRIS system for all HR and payroll-related requirements and to accurately clock in and out for all shifts.
