Key Responsibilities of the Beverage Cart:
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Drive the Beverage Cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests.
- Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies.
- Stock Beverage Carts to par levels each day of use.
- Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed.
- Operate Jonas, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure.
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them.
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available.
- Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees.
- Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Minimum Qualifications for the Beverage Cart:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
Other Qualifications:
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Experience preferred but not required
