**Job Title: Beverage Cart Attendant/Restaurant Server**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beverage Cart Attendant and Restaurant Server. This position requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly transition between serving beverages on the golf course and providing exceptional customer service in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, attentive, and dedicated to creating a positive experience for our guests. (YOU MUST BE 18+ AS YOU WILL BE SELLING AND SERVING ALCOHOL!)

**Responsibilities:**

**Beverage Cart Attendant:**

1. Drive the Beverage Cart around the golf course, offering a variety of beverages and snacks to golfers.

2. Maintain an organized and well-stocked Beverage Cart with a selection of drinks, snacks, and other golf course essentials.

3. Interact with golfers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service.

4. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.

5. Monitor and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.

6. Keep the Beverage Cart clean and presentable at all times.

**Restaurant Server:**

1. Greet and seat restaurant guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

2. Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

3. Knowledgeably explain menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.

4. Serve meals and beverages in accordance with established standards.

5. Anticipate and respond to guest needs, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

6. Handle payments and transactions accurately, including processing credit card payments.

7. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

8. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

9. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

10. Assist in various restaurant tasks as needed, such as cleaning, restocking, and supporting team members.

**Qualifications:**

1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.

5. Knowledge of golf etiquette and passion for the game is a plus.

6. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

7. Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
