Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years specific experience in benefit administration
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory environments including ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA and ACA
- Demonstrated business maturity.
- Change management exposure.
- Experience with program/vendor implementation and management
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other ERP systems.
- Preferred Experience:*
- Higher Education/Master's degree

The Benefits Manager is responsible for the overall administration of our health and welfare benefit plans.
- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be an integral part of the HR Department and will apply knowledge and experience to the development of the organization!
- This role is primarily responsible for the design, development, implementation, management, and ongoing review of the U.S. employee benefit plans.
- This position is vital because it requires technical knowledge in the areas of plan design, claims processing and payment of benefits, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA and general benefits compliance.
