Job location: Denver, CO 80202
Compensation: $87,500 - $137,500 + bonus

Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years specific experience in benefit administration
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory environments including ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA and ACA
- Demonstrated business maturity.
- Change management exposure.
- Experience with program/vendor implementation and management
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other ERP systems.
- Preferred Experience:*
- Higher Education/Master's degree
