DOLLARS AND CENTS:

• Starting pay is $18-19 hour.

• You will provide provide professional, cordial, and informative assistance to employees, while demonstrating a professional manner and positive commitment to Koch Foods.
• Process and maintain benefits creating reports as needed.
• Communicate with insurance vendors.
• Process disability claims.
• Support and answer insurance and benefits related questions and requests.
• Maintain employee benefits filing systems, ensuring payroll changes and administering COBRA.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.

• Ideally you will have completed relevant college courses.
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced technology and computer skills.
• General knowledge of HR related regulations and labor laws (i.e. HIPPA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.).

• You will be in a typical office setting within a poultry manufacturing facility.

Benefits and incentives are available after probationary period of employment, 401k available after 1 year of employment. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives and bonuses.
