Are you a self-starter who thrives in the exciting world of benefit administration? Then we have the job for you! We are recruiting a Senior Benefits Administrator to join our team! This is a hybrid position, and the incumbent is expected to come to the Claremont, NC, office at least one day per week.


How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

You will serve as the primary point of contact in The US and Canada employees, HR and third-party vendors, offering guidance and assistance in resolving moderately complex employee and vendor issues and giving insights to craft the design, modification, addition, and removal of benefit plans and programs.. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the development, administration, coordination, and maintenance of benefit programs, medical leaves, mileage reimbursement programs and documents, ensuring strict compliance with policies, rules, regulations, and laws.
  • Nurture positive working relationships with employees by serving as a knowledgeable resource for benefit-related matters, delivering accurate information, and providing educational support and partnership to both employees and multiple vendors.
  • Monitor program expenses and propose recommendations to optimize organizational expense management.
  • Conduct audits of benefits programs to ensure alignment with compliance and eligibility requirements outlined in benefit plan documents and procedures.
  • Utilize appropriate mechanisms to communicate all benefits, educating employees on available programs.
  • Coordinate ACA and similar state reporting. and Process employee vendor premium payments.
  • Contribute to the development of effective internal controls that ensure compliance with state, federal, and provincial laws, including organizational accreditation requirements.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and at least five years of benefits administration experience for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Experience creating nd maintaining reports in Excel
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, such as external benefit administrators, claims payers, leave management, and qualified plan recordkeepers.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
  • Basic payroll administration experience.
