Benefits Administration Implementation Specialist-Hybrid Irvine or San Luis Obispo, CA
The Benefit Administration Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining agency sponsored technology solutions for clients. This includes the demonstration, kick-off, benefit administration site build and training to ensure client adoption. The Benefit Administration Implementation Specialist provides ongoing support, training and education to the Employee Benefits department and clients.

Essential Functions of this role
- Building demonstration sites customized to mirror the client's ideal experience
- Conduct client demonstrations with service team members and follow-up with clients
- Understand and identify stakeholders and decision makers
- Schedule kick-off call and create project plan for implementation
- Build, renew and maintain sites using client specific data to construct workflows and data mapping
- Set up and maintenance of carrier connections via API or EDI
- Review site with client and assist with development of procedures and training materials
- Prepare client for service team hand-off and continued site maintenance
- Partner with service team to problem solve miscellaneous system issues
- Develop internal and external client resources
- Manage client support inbox
Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to adopt new technologies
- Understanding of benefits insurance administration
- Experience in Ease and Employee Navigator preferred
