Job Summary:
As a Benefits Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and team members. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to Producers, analyzing client needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Producers to analyze client needs, coverage forms, and quotations, providing valuable technical support.
- Schedule client meetings, fostering strong relationships and understanding client requirements.
- Prepare presentations for new business and renewal accounts, showcasing our value proposition effectively.
- Process renewals and applications, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups with carriers.
- Review invoices and policy change information, facilitating corrections and ensuring accuracy.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and requests, maintaining a high level of service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to save accounts and maintain financial equity for the agency.
Personal and Organizational Development:
- Prioritize tasks and manage workflows per LRA guidelines to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients, coworkers, carriers, and vendors, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, legislation, and technology to enhance knowledge and performance.
- Communicate effectively and cooperate purposefully with team members to achieve our business goals.

Skills and Abilities:
· Minimum of 5 years of benefits experience with carriers such as United Healthcare, Florida Blue, Principal, Guardian and EyeMed in the state of Florida
· Familiarity with AMS360, BenefitPoint and ImageRight a plus
· Ability to process written and other materials visually.
· 215 License a must
· Knowledge of insurance products and usage
- Must be able to work Eastern Standard time 8am-5pm
