- Take Inbound Calls, make limited outbound calls.
- Research information.
- Provide excellent customer service to all callers and maintain adequate call times.
- Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed.
- Listen!
- Resolve customer issues and provide callers with workable solutions to their concerns.
- 4 year degree and 3 years customer service experience or HS Diploma and 7 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Learn quickly, work well in a collaborative environment, enjoy challenge.
- Type 40 words per minute.
