We're seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented individual to join us as a Benefit Advisor in our sales department. As a Benefit Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to counsel potential clients on the most suitable products for their specific requirements, as well as to establish and maintain long-term relationships with them. This is a performance-based role with plenty of opportunities for advancement.
Our Benefit Advisors have the ability to make a real impact on people's lives. By collaborating directly with America's self-employed individuals, small business owners, and individuals, you'll assist them in accessing a range of cutting-edge and affordable business and benefit solutions.
The Benefit Advisor position necessitates meeting with potential clients in a virtual setting, typically via Zoom, Meets, or a comparable platform. Our clients are seeking viable alternatives to their existing benefits or looking to purchase new ones. As a result of the current social and economic environment, there has never been a greater demand for our products and services, and our offices are expanding quickly.
This full-time position is only available in the office. At this time, we are not offering any work-from-home or remote work options. All applicants must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
- Capability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in using computers.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable, but not required.
- Uncompromising ethics, with no tolerance for high-pressure tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize our CRM platforms to track and follow up on new leads and opportunities
- Deliver product and service presentations to prospective clients and close sales
- Foster enduring relationships with current clients
- Work with colleagues to meet individual and team sales objectives
- Offer superior customer service and guidance to clients at every stage of the sales cycle.
