```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Bench Jeweler to join our team. As a Jeweler, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling and repairing jewelry pieces using a variety of hand and power tools. Your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the quality and precision of our jewelry creations.
```Duties```
- Fabricate and assemble jewelry pieces according to design specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to repair, refurbish and create jewelry
- Set gemstones into jewelry settings
- Repair damaged or broken jewelry pieces
- Clean and maintain jewelry-making equipment
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to bring creative visions to life
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in fabricating and assembling jewelry pieces
- Mechanical knowledge to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (laser welder)
- Attention to detail to ensure the precision and quality of jewelry creations
- Ability to work with various materials, such as gold, silver, platinum, gemstones, etc.
- Knowledge of different jewelry-making techniques and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the repair and fabrication process
