Bellevue Golf Course Cook/Cafe Cashier Server

$18-$22 an hour plus tips & Golf Discounts

The position involves cooking, cashiering, and serving. Positive attitude and strong work ethic are the most important qualifications.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• 1+ years of cooking experience
• Experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition
• Understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
• Understands functions of Point of Sale (POS )/ Phone system
• Demonstrates Proper Cash Handling and turn in standards
• Understands and demonstrates proper side work and cleanliness standards
• Demonstrates proper service sequence with guests and understands
• Understands dining room flow mechanics
• Understands reservations procedures
• Understands how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to take direction
