We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our world class recruitment team as we are expanding to new territories and are helping more clients than ever before. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a skilled and dedicated workforce to support our mission and organizational objectives.

Job Type: Full time, hourly, non-exempt.
Location: Must report in-person to our office located in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
Compensation: $22.50/hour.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience required:
Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Screening.
Minimum Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred: Experience in the Behavioral Healthcare field. Direct Care experience highly preferred.
Must be able to multi task proficiently.
People skills are mandatory. Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer/keyboard, use electronic systems, communicate with others through written and verbal formats, ability to sit for long periods of time, listening, reading comprehension, lifting up to 10 lbs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be assigned projects, based on his/her level of expertise, that include any, or all the following job responsibilities.
Monitor the status of all requisitions and postings, ensuring that they are properly posted, formatted, and in good order, posting all requisitions as requested by hiring managers in a timely manner (within 24 business hours.)
Actively participate in community talent acquisition, such as attending live or virtual job fairs, liaising with other professionals, monitoring and guiding relevant discussion identified on Social Media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc to build brand awareness and candidacy engagement.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, following up on leads, and maintaining a steady flow of candidates for sought positions.
Provide support to employees and hiring managers in various HR-Recruiting related topics as requested.
Recruit and shepherd prospective candidates through the new hire process, acclimating them to the organization and familiarizing them with our core organizational values.
Identify future staff that would be strong cultural fits for our organization.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. Ensure recruitment KPI’s are up to date, documenting as required.
Maintain a database of new hire and onboarding information, coordinating with other members of the Human Resources team.
Actively ensure that the ADP Recruitment module is updated, changing candidacy status in real time, using the platform proficiently to notify candidates of their status and collaborating/communicating with hiring managers to ensure that everything stays accurate.
Manage all external requisitions such as Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. Ensure accurate budgets are in place, that the ads are optimized for best results, and routinely monitor all platforms to ensure steady candidate flow.
