The Behavioral Health Therapist provides direct patient care through psychosocial assessment, treatment plan development, group therapy, family sessions focusing on safety and discharge planning; case management, collateral consultation and comprehensive referral services.

Your exceptional qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or related mental health field required.
- 2 + years of experience providing mental health treatment and social work required.
- License eligible for the LCSW, LMFT and/or LMHC in the State of Indiana required.
- LSW, LMFTA and/or LMHCA in the State of Indiana required.
