Pennsylvania MENTOR, a member of the Sevita family, provides services for adults and youth in nurturing and safe environments where they can achieve and maintain independence. We offer a wide range of programs; therapeutic foster care, CRR Host Home Programming, Behavioral Health Services, Case Management and services for programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex conditions.

- Provide 1:1 and intervention including behavior modification techniques and proactive strategies to stabilize the child or adolescent as outlined in the service plan.
- Work collaboratively with manager and team members to ensure the service plan is meeting the child’s needs and recommends other services.
- Provide therapeutic supervision of children in our care during treatment and educational activities.
- Support family and school personnel in their efforts to stabilize the child by providing information, guidance, modeling, and counseling.
- Document behavioral progress and collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other staff.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and experience working with children/ adolescents which varies by program and requirements of the managed care organization (MCO).
- A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance.
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
