Job description
BHT works one -on - one with child/youth with a mental health diagnosis implementing behavioral treatment plan developed by (BC) behavior consultant. BHT uses behavioral interventions to reduce client`s maladaptive, excessive behaviors and helps client to develop skills needed for a daily life.
(1) Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of Behavioral Health services.
OR
(2) Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and have completed a 40-hour RBT training covering the Task List as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA.
OR
(3) Have a behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
OR
4) Have a certification as a BCAT.
OR
(5)Have a certification as an RBT.
OR
(6) Have a certification as a BCaBA.
This is an hourly employment position. BATP is EOE. WE train.
Experienced BHT/ ABA, (or RBT certified by BACB) with current 40 hrs RBT training and experience with autism are invited to apply for BHT ABA/RBT position in 4 counties with pay rate starting at $26 per hr to $30- must be RBT certified by BACB board.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
