Overview
The Behavioral Health Clinic Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and administration of a Behavioral Health Clinic. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in mental health and substance use disorder services and demonstrated leadership abilities. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. They provide guidance and support to clinical staff, facilitate team collaboration, and implement best practices to optimize clinic operations.

Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
Associates Degree
Three (3) years relevant medical office experience; one (1) year in a supervisory role
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience in Behavioral Health (Mental Health or Substance Use Disorder treatment)
