The Manager of Operations Behavioral Health Services will work collaboratively with the Director of Operations for Behavioral Health Services, Behavioral Health leadership teams and multiple disciplines to ensure efficient operational management and integration of behavioral Health Services throughout various article 28 and article 31 locations. Providing oversight of daily operations, ensuring access and coordination of Integrated Clinic services, allocation of staff resources, facilitation of interdepartmental and multidisciplinary communication and addressing patient complaints. The manager will also monitor patient access, visit volume and benchmark standards to develop corrective plans to improve service delivery.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
- Bachelors Degree required in related field
- 3+ years managerial and leadership experience in a mental health or health care setting preferred, or relevant experience.
- Experience in practice management in a health care setting
- Knowledge of compliance regulations for Article 28 and Article 31 clinics
- Experience working in article 31 and article 28 environments strongly desired.
- Experience working with the LGBT community and those living with HIV and/or Mental Health concerns preferred.
