Position:Behavioral Health Clinic Manager
Job Classification: Hourly / Non-Exempt
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Tour of Duty: 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• The employee shall meet the requirements of the Wisconsin Board of Social Work; and be licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within the State of Wisconsin.
• Equivalent of four years of post-license experience as a Behavioral Health/mental Health Clinician providing clinical and/or case management services
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, education, racial, ethnic and professional backgrounds
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communications skills with other providers, patients, co-workers, and stakeholders.
• Compassionate as a healthcare provider to individuals suffering from mental illness and addictions
• Individuals must hold an LCSW, CSAC, and ICS.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the Clinical Team (staff and interns) through clinical supervision and reviews, consultation, training and support to ensure compliance and program quality according to State of Wisconsin and best practices.
• Makes recommendations on improvements and alternative courses of action that strengthen Behavioral Health treatment and prevention efforts and improve health outcomes.
• Maintains a small caseload of clients.
• Participates in the development and implementation of strategies, policies and standards related to treatment and service systems.
• Monitors fiscal activities and billing practices for Behavioral Health programs.
• Reviews and approves treatment plans and provides intervention strategies.
• Coordinates and collaborates with program contractors to identify specific resources available in the community.
• Responds to crisis situations and provides counseling and intervention.
• Conducts chart and program audits.
• Assists with completing intake assessments and traditional therapy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.59 - $41.53 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
