Behavioral Health Consultant (Therapist Or Psychologist), Regional Clinic

We are growing! Gundersen Health System is seeking a licensed masters level Therapist or Psychologist to join our exceptional and supportive Integrated Care Team as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) in one ofourregionalPrimary Care Clinics (Prairie du Chien WI, Decorah IA, and Viroqua WI).
Gundersen's BHCs collaborate with the medical care team to recognize and treat the Behavioral Health and biopsychosocial wellbeing of Gundersen patients. BHCs assess and diagnose mental health concerns; provide evidence-based interventions; consult with medical staff to develop integrated treatment; and team with patients to build a model of care that meets their needs. BHCs develop lasting relationships with patients, mirroring the type of care they receive in their medical home. Successful BHC candidates will be experienced in evidence-based mental health interventions, thrive in a dynamic daily environment, and enjoy collaborating with patients, medical staff, and Integrated Care team members.

• Licensed Psychologist or Master's degree and licensure (LCSW, LICSW, MSW, LPC)
• Flexible, self-motivated, team-oriented, energetic, and excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Completion of accredited program to be eligible to obtain licensing to practice in our multistate region with no restrictions or limitations.
• Preferred but not required: Experience working in an Integrated Primary Care or medical setting
