We are seeking two full-time Case Managers for our Edmond clinic. The position requires experience in conducting group sessions using established curriculum and a strong desire to help children who have psychiatric conditions.

Positive Changes is a partial hospitalization behavioral treatment program for children and adolescents ages 4 - 17. The organization has four facilities which are located in Oklahoma City, Bethany, Edmond, and Tulsa. The patients receive individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, daily rehab services from Case Managers, school curriculum from the public school district during the school year, and medication management if needed. The Edmond facility follows the Edmond Public School academic calendar. Positive Changes operates Monday through Friday and closed on all major holidays. During the school year, the patients attend the program from 8:00am – 3:00pm. The patients receive half a day of rehab services and half a day of school curriculum. During the summer, the patients attend the program from 8:30am-1:00pm where they receive rehab services.

At Positive Changes, our Case Managers are responsible for leading groups to teach life skills to clients In collaboration with our in-house therapists and psychiatrists, never exceeding a ratio of 1:8. This ratio of Case Manager to clients provide our clients with the best opportunities to learn and grow, helping them to overcome some of the most difficult challenges our young people face.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Current Case Manager II certification (or CMII eligible)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.40 - $21.90 per hour
