About the Position: NCBHis looking for a Behavioral Case Manager II for our Woodward Outpatient office. Under general direction this position provides telephone and on-site screening and intervention; interviews consumers and families to explore the needs and resources for those requesting services and participates with an interdisciplinary team in treatment and discharge planning.
Job Type/Salary:

• Annual Salary: up to $40,000 (Salary range is based on experience, tenure and certification)
• Full compensation range of $50,639 - $63,349 includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents)
• Primary Working Hours: M, W, TR, F 8:00 am -5:00 pm; Tu 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
• One (1) Vacancy
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Behavioral Health Case Manager II - Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a Behavioral Health field.
• Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II - Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a Behavioral Health field or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years experience in professional case management Behavioral Health services.

Special Requirements:

• Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.

• Must possess a US driver's license to perform job related travel if necessary.
• Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
