Behavior Technician/ Aba Therapist

Aspire, LLC is looking for individuals who want to advance their skills and gain quality experience working with children and families. We provide home-based, clinic-based, school-based, and community-based ABA services M-F with children on the Autism Spectrum.

We serve mostly in the Goose Creek, Ladson, Summerville, North Charleston areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

18 years or age with at least a High School diploma.

Valid driver's license

Ability to pass background checks, TB test, CPR/First Aid Training.

Training is provided and a Registered Behavioral Technician certification is required to be obtained in the first 90 days. Aspire, LLC will provide the training and supervision for the RBT certification.

Full time availability (M-F) and some driving is required for this position. Must be able to work until at least 5pm daily.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the ABA team with clinical assessments as needed.

RELATED TRAINING: Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings including, but not limited to: CPR, Fingerprinting & Background Checks, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) trainings and other company in-services and trainings.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision and guidance

SALARY: hourly
