Firefly Autism began its non-profit mission in 2003 to celebrate the lives of children on the autism spectrum. Our values are our people, backed by our philosophy. With collaboration from families and other providers, we deliver services through individualized behavioral plans and instructional goals that meet the client’s interests, values, and support needs. At Firefly Autism, we believe in using the principles of assent-based and values-based practices to ensure a person-centered approach to Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.

We further expand our investment in our staff by being an authorized ACE provider, where we offer our staff access to a free internal CEU library containing a variety of CEU presentations.
- The library is updated each time a new CEU is presented.
- We currently offer 9 different courses (totaling 11 CEU credits).
- RBTs can access the trainings to further their knowledge base.
- Employees who are in supervised fieldwork may accrue unrestricted hours by participating in CEUs at the discretion of their supervisor.
- We encourage staff to present CEUs to earn teaching credits.
